Refund policy
<h2>30-Day Returns</h2> <p>We want you to be happy with your Voltix order. If something isn't right, you have <strong>30 days from the delivery date</strong> to request a return.</p> <h3>What can be returned</h3> <p>Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please include all accessories, cables and manuals that came with the product.</p> <h3>What cannot be returned</h3> <ul> <li>Items damaged through misuse, accident or normal wear</li> <li>Items returned without their original packaging or missing parts</li> <li>Gift cards and items marked final sale</li> </ul> <h3>How to start a return</h3> <p>Email us with your order number and a short description of the issue — photos help us resolve things faster. We reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address.</p> <p>Please don't send items back before contacting us. Returns received without prior authorization may not be processed.</p> <h3>Return shipping costs</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Faulty, damaged or incorrect items:</strong> we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.</li> <li><strong>Change of mind:</strong> return shipping is at your expense. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refunded.</li> </ul> <h3>Refunds</h3> <p>Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within <strong>5 business days</strong>. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.</p> <h3>Damaged or wrong item on arrival</h3> <p>Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We'll make it right at no cost to you.</p> <h3>Order cancellations</h3> <p>Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they haven't shipped yet.
