You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.</p> <h3>Delivery times</h3> <p>Estimated delivery after processing:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Canada & United States:</strong> 7–15 business days</li> <li><strong>United Kingdom & Europe:</strong> 10–18 business days</li> <li><strong>Rest of the world:</strong> 12–25 business days</li> </ul> <p>These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can extend them.</p> <h3>Shipping costs</h3> <p>Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any promotional free-shipping offer will be shown clearly on the product page and in your cart.</p> <h3>Tracking your order</h3> <p>Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number arrives by email once the parcel is scanned by the carrier — this can take 2–5 days to show its first movement, which is normal.</p> <h3>Multiple shipments</h3> <p>If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different dates at no extra cost to you.</p> <h3>Customs, duties and taxes</h3> <p>International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.</p> <h3>Incorrect addresses</h3> <p>Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can amend an address before the order ships — contact us quickly. We aren't able to cover reshipping costs for parcels returned due to an incorrect address.</p> <h3>Lost or delayed parcels</h3> <p>If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.</p>
